{"id":451,"date":"2019-05-15T10:08:06+01:00","date_gmt":"2019-05-15T10:08:06+00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.femsantandreu.cat\/?p=451"},"modified":"2019-05-15T10:27:49+01:00","modified_gmt":"2019-05-15T10:27:49+00:00","slug":"transparencia-gestio-i-particpacio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/femsantandreu.cat\/index.php\/2019\/05\/15\/transparencia-gestio-i-particpacio\/","title":{"rendered":"Transpar\u00e9ncia, gesti\u00f3 i particpaci\u00f3"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Des de <strong>Fem Sant Andreu<\/strong> impulsarem un conjunt de mesures en participaci\u00f3, gesti\u00f3 i transpar\u00e8ncia per tal d&#8217;empoderar la societat santandreuenca en les dec<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">isions que afecten al nostre municipi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A nivell de <strong>transpar\u00e8ncia<\/strong> impulsarem entre d&#8217;altres les seg\u00fcents mesures:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Realitzarem una auditoria t\u00e8cnica retroactiva dins del primer any de govern, publicant els resultats en tots el canals de comunicaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;Ajuntament.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Actualitzar els mitjans de comunicaci\u00f3 digitals de l&#8217;Ajuntament per tal d&#8217;establir un canal de comunicaci\u00f3 \u00e0gil entre el ciutad\u00e0 i la corporaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Elaboraci\u00f3 d&#8217;un codi \u00e8tic que reguli el comportament de tot el personal de l&#8217;Ajuntament.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A nivell de <strong>participaci\u00f3<\/strong> :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Facilitar la participaci\u00f3 real i efectiva de la ciutadania en els assumptes del municipi, mitjan\u00e7ant les associacions de ve\u00efns, entitats i col\u00b7lectius socials<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Crear un calendari global d&#8217;actes del municipi, comarcal, per tal de garantir la coordinaci\u00f3 de les entitats culturals del nostre municipi.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Calenderitzar les visites de l&#8217;equip de govern als barris, per tal de rebre de primera m\u00e0 els comentaris de la ciutadania.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Millorarem la participaci\u00f3 ciutadana durant els plens, per tal de cap pregunta o inquietud quedi sense resposta.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A nivell de <strong>gesti\u00f3<\/strong> : <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Establirem un programa de notificaci\u00f3 d&#8217;incid\u00e8ncies, suggeriments i queixes que esdevindr\u00e0 una eina efectiva de comunicaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Farem difusi\u00f3, seguiment i justificaci\u00f3 del nostre Pla d&#8217;Acci\u00f3 Municipal.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Impulsarem indicador de professionalitat i de qualitat del servei en l&#8217;adjudicaci\u00f3 de contractes p\u00fablics, estandarditzant els plecs de condicions t\u00e8cniques i econ\u00f2miques en funci\u00f3 de la legislaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Indicar que aquests nom\u00e9s son alguns dels punts que portem al <strong>Pla d&#8217;Acci\u00f3 Municipal<\/strong>, que n&#8217;hi ha molts m\u00e9s, volem demostrar que hi ha una altra manera de fer pol\u00edtica municipal, m\u00e9s propera, m\u00e9s participativa, m\u00e9s transparent.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Nom\u00e9s ens queda demanar-vos la vostra confian\u00e7a el di<span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">umenge 26 de maig<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">\u00a0a les eleccions municipals a Sant Andreu de la Barca.<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Share Buttons generic via filter on the_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Des de Fem Sant Andreu impulsarem un conjunt de mesures en participaci\u00f3, gesti\u00f3 i transpar\u00e8ncia per tal d&#8217;empoderar la societat santandreuenca en les decisions que afecten al nostre municipi.
